Testimonial Propaganda: relies on experts and respected sources to promote a particular idea
Many studies show that exposure to sunlight increases the brain release in serotonin. Serotonin is associated in boosting your mood and helping a person feel calm and focused. The serotonin that you get from sunlight can also lead to better sleep. Sunlight will give you vitamin D which is necessary for your health which is hard to get from just food alone. Vitamin D leads to stronger bones and lower blood pressure.
My main message is that I'm trying to convince people to spend more time outside and in the sun. They should agree with me because there are so many benefits to spending time in the sun. I think people would try to argue with my message because of side effects of spending too much time in the sun. Essentially if people spend more time outside in the sun, the world would be a happier place, people would be nicer, and everyone would be healthier.
